Bill is a reputation management, crisis communications and professional development expert, keynote speaker, Wall Street Journal Risk & Compliance panelist, and best-selling author of Critical Moments: The New Mindset of Reputation Management. He has more than 25 years of global experience managing high-stakes crises, issues management, and media relations challenges for both Fortune 500 companies and winning global political campaigns.

Chris Gidez

Of Counsel
Chris is a senior reputation and crisis counselor, with more than 25 years both in consulting and executive positions in corporate communications. He has held senior communications roles at Texaco, Chevron and Caterpillar, and while at H&K Strategies, led the firm’s global risk management and crisis response practice.

Allison Murray

Vice President
Allison is an experienced strategic communications professional who has guided organizations through media relations challenges, message development, public affairs campaigns and crises. Clients including AT&T, the Department of Homeland Security, Embassy of Turkey, National Mango Board, Novartis Oncology and TRICARE have entrusted Allison with achieving their strategic communications goals. A native Texan, Allison earned her degree in Communications from
Texas A&M University.

Megan Skiles

Account Executive
Megan is a dynamic integrated communications specialist who is passionate about client service. Her background in production agriculture and agricultural associations makes her a unique asset for Kith’s food & agriculture clients with her deep industry knowledge. Megan is a graduate of Texas Tech University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Communications.

Heather Seibel

Heather is an expert in hard deadlines. As an Emmy award-winning Associate Producer, she succeeded daily at a superior level on the ESPN flagship show “SportsCenter." She is a delicate communicator, savvy decision-maker and is customer service oriented. Heather has a degree in Communications from Emerson College in Boston. She is married to a TV news anchor and has three wonderfully spirited children.
